As an Associate Attorney and former Law Clerk at Miroballi, Durkin & Rudin, Amber concentrates her practice in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death, and catastrophic personal injury cases. She has diligently worked on a variety of cases, including medical malpractice, construction negligence, premises liability, negligent supervision, motor vehicle collisions, and medical malpractice appeals. Amber represents Plaintiffs in court hearings, depositions, and arbitrations, and has played an integral part in writing mediation submissions for several of the firm’s most complex cases.

Prior to joining the firm as a Law Clerk in 2017, Amber interned at the Kent County Public Defenders’ Office in Grand Rapids, MI, where she gained substantial litigation and trial experience. Under the supervision of licensed attorneys, she represented indigent Defendants daily in a wide variety of criminal matters and played a significant role in a Defendant’s exoneration. She also served as second chair counsel through all phases of litigation for high-profile criminal cases including initial interviews with Defendants and witnesses, preliminary hearings, arraignments, pre-trial proceedings, plea negotiations, trial, and sentencing.
