Joseph Salvi joined the firm in 2025. He brings a wealth of litigation experience to the firm, having built a strong foundation in multiple areas of law.
Prior to joining the firm, Joseph worked at a prominent plaintiff’s side employment law firm, where he represented individuals in complex employment disputes. Before that, Joseph served as an Assistant State's Attorney in Lake and Cook County. During his tenure, he skillfully tried a wide range of cases, including DUIs, unlawful possession of firearms, and vehicular hijackings.
Joseph earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2020. He graduated cum laude from American University in 2017, where he was a two-year starter on the wrestling team.
Joe grew up in Hawthorn Woods, Illinois, and attended Carmel Catholic High School. Outside his legal practice, he enjoys cheering for the White Sox and Bears, doing crossword puzzles, and spending time with family and friends.
